Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These apply to all bookings and services provided by Valsala Travels Private Limited.

1. Pricing
   
   • The prices quoted are inclusive of fuel costs (Petrol/Diesel).

1. Timings and Kms Calculation
   
   • The timing and kilometer readings will be calculated from our office (Garage) to our office (Garage).

1. Outstation Kms Limit
   
   • A daily limit of 300 Kms applies for outstation trips.

1. Trip Sheet/Log Book
   
   • The customer must sign the Trip Sheet/Log Book to confirm the accuracy of the trip details.

1. Additional Charges
   
   • Charges such as parking fees, interstate entry tax, toll fees, NICE road toll charges, and express road toll fees will be billed separately at actuals.

1. Taxes
   
   • GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied to the total invoice value as per government norms (currently GST is charged at 5%).

1. Booking Confirmation
   
   • Bookings made via verbal communication (mobile/phone) must be followed by an official email, purchase order (P.O.), or indent. Without written confirmation, vehicles will not be dispatched.
   • Only bookings confirmed by an authorized representative of the customer will be accepted.

1. Payment Terms
   
   • Payments must be made within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
   • Payments can be made via RTGS/NEFT transfer to the following account:
     • Bank Name: State Bank of India, Malagala Branch
     • Beneficiary: M/s Valsala Travels Pvt Ltd

1. Price Variations
   
   • The prices quoted are subject to change based on fluctuations in fuel costs and government policies.
   • The current pricing is based on a diesel price of ₹89 per liter. Any increase in fuel prices will result in corresponding adjustments in the invoice. Revised rates will apply from the date of the price hike.

By booking a service with Valsala Travels Private Limited, the customer agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
